The start of the year holds many different opportunities, from games to clubs to homecoming. Though homecoming doesn’t take place until October this year, there are still some things you need to know now. 
The homecoming parade will take place on October 7th this year. This is a fun event to spend time with either family or friends. This year’s homecoming game takes place on Friday, October 11th against the Boonville Pirates. Following the next day on Saturday, October 25th, the homecoming dance will take place with a time to be disclosed at a later date. This year’s homecoming theme is Roll to Film, and it shows the word of the year (resilience) throughout it. Many students are looking forward not only to the football game but also to the homecoming dance. Teachers ask students this year to be loud, be proud, and most of all, be respectful to everyone. We hope to see everyone!
