Seven seniors said sayonara to their high school tennis careers on Thursday, October 3rd. While some seniors are still in competition, the evening provided a good recap for their successes over the years. The Lady Indians were able to secure a smooth win over the Waynesville Tigers, leading 8-1. With four seniors carrying the varsity team and the season lasting only a mere seven weeks from the first match to districts The Lady Indians were sure to use the experience to make the season memorable. The ending of this year’s season fully concluded on October 15th. Looking forward to the tennis banquet that will be held sometime in November, this year’s class of 2025 seniors, Lucy Crocker, Lily Lauritson, Quinn Whitfield, Meghan Milligan, Paislie McDaniel, Jordyn Beattie, and Ryanne Wisecup, can enjoy one last time to come together and appreciate all the memories they’ve made and the relationships that have grown through tennis!
