SOTO’s featured Student of the Week is Jada Smith. Jada is a very passionate and well-respected young woman. She is a very determined person and is very involved within Osage High School. Jade is the president of FBLA, a “Little Sister” in the “Big Brother Big Sister Program,” a cheerleader, and a member of DECA. On top of all of those daily activities and tasks she is one of our Courtwarming Queen Candidates. When asked how she is feeling about the Courtwarming game and dance, Jade expressed, “I am so excited! I’m excited about the basketball game and seeing the entire court in their dresses.” Jada’s advice she gives anyone who is considering joining FBLA is “DO IT! You should definitely join because it builds your professional skills at a young age.” She is clearly very proud of being involved as the president of FBLA.
