My favorite baseball team is the St. Louis Cardinals. They have always been my favorite team as well as the favorite team of family. I was out of baseball for awhile, though, until 2021 when the team acquired Nolan Arenado, who has become my favorite player. I won’t forget watching the 2011 World Series. It was so magical. Going to a game is one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life. It was so sad when Albert Pujols left the Cardinals in 2012, but it was great seeing him return in 2022. I can’t forget the moment of him hitting home run number 700 on September 23, 2022. The team has had a great amount of high moments since I’ve been alive just as the team has definitely had some rough seasons over the years. Last season was especially rough, happening right after the great 2022 season. However, through all of this I’ll always be a fan of the team.
