What cause plane crashes

Plane crashes are things that happen not very often, but they can happen and there are many different things to cause them. Pilot error is the number cause of plane crashes. To pilot a plane takes a lot of lengthy training, a knowledge of the mechanical components of an aircraft and having good hand eye coordination. Occasionally, pilots become disoriented, especially when they are operating in the clouds. Pilot disorientation can lead to crashes because it can cause spins and stalls to happen.

Another thing that can cause planes to crash is mistakes by the crew members, while this one isn’t as common as the pilot errors, it still happens a lot. Cockpit resource management is key to a safe and successful flight. Managing a cockpit also means that all the pilots must be confident and comfortable to speak up if something goes wrong or is unsafe. If pilots don’t follow good cockpit resource management skills, then planes can crash.

The third thing that could cause planes to crash or to fail is weather conditions. This one is important because if the weather is too bad and the pilot can’t see or lighting hits the plane or something like that, then the plane can crash. If flights are not planned by expecting weather, then there could be major issues that could lead to the place crashing.

I think a lot of these reasons are reasons that I never want to fly on a plane. There are multiple other reasons that can cause them to crash as well, but I thought this was some of the scariest ones, for sure. Also, these are the ones that I could see causing the most damage and or hurting the most people.
